Sabine Doebeli holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich and started her career at Zuercher Kantonalbank where she built up the Sustainability Research Team. The team provided sustainability research on shares and bonds and was responsible for several sustainable investment funds.
In 2003, she completed a Masters Degree in Marketing and Business Studies from the University of Basel. Since 2006 she has been Head of Sustainability Management at Bank Vontobel. In this position she is responsible for developing sustainable investment products as well as the coordination of sustainability issues on a group level.
After setting up Sustainability Mandates in Private Banking she moved to Asset Management in 2008 where she was responsible for the launch of several sustainability funds and now provides the sustainability research for these products and cooperates with several external research partners. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Department of Environmental Sciences at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich and a member of the board of the Swiss Climate Foundation.
