Abdul Wahab Abdul Wahab is the Chief Executive Officer of the Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group (MSWG) of Malaysia, a Group Adviser of the International firm of BDO Binder (Chartered Accountants) and an Adviser of Pacific Alliance Capital Sdn Bhd (Structured Financial Advisers).

He is also a Director for a number of Malaysian public companies.

Previously he was a senior Partner of a leading Malaysian public accounting practice and the Chief Executive Officer of a Malaysian privatisation consultancy firm.

A student of the Royal Military College and a Colombo Plan Scholar, he graduated with an Australian Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree, qualified as an Australian Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Malaysian Accountancy Institutes.

Over the last thirty-seven years, he obtained extensive knowledge, skills and experience in the full range of public accounting services covering audit, accountancy, taxation, secretarial, consultancy and insolvency assignments covering a wide and varied range of clients.

Abdul Wahab has also served in various professional and other non-profit bodies, locally and internationally.
