He is a soft skills trainer and has trained extensively here in Malaysia and abroad. He worked as Project Adviser for the UNDP Malaysia in the area of HIV, focusing on leadership. While with the UNDP, he, together with colleagues, developed a manual on community engagement for international use. He was also a trainer facilitator with the British Council on the Regional Young Global Community Leaders Program.
He has written, translated and adapted numerous books and brochures on socio- medical issues for local communities. He sits on a variety of committees both local and international on social issues and programs including international conferences. His focus is in the area of community development, HIV, cancer, project management and volunteer management. |
