Choon Bow BowMs Choon Bow Bow joined WWF-Malaysia, the national conservation trust, in December 1999 as Fundraising Manager in the Commercial Unit. She was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2004. She leads a team of ten in strategising and executing activities to raise funds from individual and corporate donors. Partnerships with Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd, BOH Plantations Sdn Bhd, HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad, Nokia (M) Sdn Bhd and Nestlé Products Sdn Bhd were among those forged during her term as Director. Under Ms. Choon's leadership, the Marketing Department’s contribution to WWF-Malaysia's total income has increased by more than 30% each year. These funds help enable WWF-Malaysia to undertake more than 75 projects covering a diverse range of environmental protection work. Since 1972, WWF-Malaysia has worked on important conservation projects, from saving endangered species such as tigers and turtles, to protecting our highland forests, rivers and seas.
