Fatimah Sulaiman, a Barrister-At-Law of Middle Temple, is an active legal practitioner for more than 25 years in Malaysia.

She has a long history with providing pro bono works for voluntary charitable organizations namely Selangor Cheshire Home; Rumah Amal Cahaya Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Yayasan EMKAY and Yayasan Semesta.

In the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, she has a deep interest in the field of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and has been the key responsibility of implementing the dissemination and activities of IHL as Chairman of the MRCS National IHL Committee. She has also advised the liaison Ministry in setting the inter-ministerial National IHL Committee and issues relating to International Disaster Response Law and served as Judge in the Moots Competition organized by the local Universities in collaboration with ICRC.
