ImageKris Douma (1961) joined Mn Services as Head of Responsible Investment Support & Active Ownership in April 2007. Before that he worked 15 years at FNV Bondgenoten, the largest Dutch trade union. Between January 2002 and November 2006 he was a Member of Parliament for the Dutch Social Democratic Party (PvdA). Mn Services is the fiduciary manager for 15 Dutch pension funds and 2 insurance companies, with €61 AUM. The major clients of Mn Services are UN PRI signatories. At Mn Services Kris Douma works as an internal consultant for responsible investment in all asset classes and is the holder of shareholder rights in approximately 2000 companies worldwide, responsible for voting, engagement and class actions.
