Lewis has had experience in running the daily activities of the company from the administrative to financial systems, with a special emphasis on managing client data for scoring and reporting purposes (for The Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument: a personality assessment tool). Currently, he trains and coaches many managers and participants to help them make their workflow more efficient. He also facilitates small group post-program interventions to help participants process, apply workshop learnings and go further with their skill development. Lewis brings with him a special ability to analyse problems and ask high-quality questions in order to facilitate understanding in the team. Lewis has a varied experience ranging from participating in voluntary organisations, youth groups and corporate work. He was heavily involved in the Red Crescent Society, Boys' Brigade, and church work during his student days. He has held various influential leadership positions in these groups, and continues to be actively involved in some of them. |
