Mirella Soyer – Managing Director, The Liaison Combination Print E-mail

Mirella SoyersMirella Soyer, of Dutch origin, has lived in Malaysia since 1998. She has a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Leiden (The Netherlands) with specializations in neuro-psychology, clinical psychology and organizational psychology.  She also obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from Henley Management School in the UK. Furthermore she is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

In the Netherlands Mirella worked as a therapist at the detoxification centre of a therapeutic community providing group and individual counseling. At the University of Leiden she taught communication skills to medical students and general professional skills to psychology students at the University of Nijmegen. Later she joined the KVA Group, a Dutch consulting firm as a senior change consultant specialized in developing and implementing strategic goals in profit and non-profit organizations. In Malaysia she joined the Human Resource specialist organization Hay Management Consultants as a regional project manager managing large integrated change projects in the region.  

In the year 2000 she founded The Liaison Combination together with Brian Lariche. Mirella's role within TLC is consultant, trainer, counselor, social researcher, project manager and Managing Director. Further she is attached as a part-time lecturer at HELP University College for the Masters in Managerial Psychology.
